Very nice room and good location walking distance to the center.
Shared bathroom can be time consuming but normally OK. Unfortunate that WI-FI did not work during the entire period that I stayed.

Excellent attention by substitute manager. Room different from that booked but equally good apart from lack of shower head which could not be fixed in the absence of the manager. .
Shower head could not be fixed in absence of manager. Also the coffee machine was difficult to manage. Instructions should have been provided

The room had a nice balcony and the bed was very comfy. It was convenient to have a mini-refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a kettle. - the location was perfect, just a 10-15 minute walk from Juliet's House. - the staff was excellent, and I'm grateful for their help.

Room was very clean and there were available tea and snack in the room for free. Towel and soap/shampoo were provided despite the sharing bathrooms, and most of the time, bathroom was available for my use. Internet connection was fast. Friendly and perfect English speaking receptionist. Location is very near to city center (the Arena and its surrounding), and not too far from train station and easily accessible by bus (just 2 or 3 bus stop away) - avoiding the need of expensive taxi. From train station, there's direct bus to the airport.
Room wall somewhat felt thin - could hear the next room person talking (or the person was really talking too loud), and doors were noisy too. No proper reception counter - it could create nervous feeling as a guy from opposite building was the one receiving the guests, but afterall, it was OK. The same guy entered my room too soon hence disturbing my privacy although he knocked the door and he might have not heard me saying "wait". Kitchen area is too small for people to share. But since the distance from kitchen to room is only few footsteps, food can be brought into the room.

The location was great. The room was very clean.
The breakfast was not good very cheap and poor selection, coffee was cold. Staff were not around too much, we had to use the same towels for three days. Plugs were a problem, the plugs on things like the hair dryer and kettle didn't match ones in the rooms.

Very large room. Nice and clean. Exactly as represented on your website. Great location. Paid for a private bathroom but there wasn't a need. There were 3 bathrooms and only 4 rooms.

Lovely b&b really a short bus ride or direct fifteen minute walk to the train station and just outside the town gate. Just a few minutes walk from the castle and the arena too. If you are looking for a traditional hotel with a 24 hour concierge this may not be for you but we usually stay in apartments and the Rigoletto was quiet, secure & perfect for us. Check in was simple, we buzzed at the front door and were met within minutes by a really friendly chap and taken up to a lovely clean comfortable room with luxurious sheets. I imagine depending on what time you arrive you may have to phone the number on the door if there is nobody there to meet you. Our floor had two shared bathrooms with very clean loos & showers although the bath looked less appealing... The breakfast room was ideal too, fresh juice, cheese & ham in the fridge, bread, pastries and a coffee machine. I'm so pleased we stayed here, it would have been difficult to have found somewhere nicer :o)
